01About this website

This website is published by Sembria and describes the products it makes. Using the site means accepting the terms set out below.

The registered entity behind the site is being confirmed and will be named here once it is. Until then, enquiries reach us through the contact page.

02This site is not a shop

Nothing here is an offer to sell. There are no prices, no basket and no payment. A page describing a product is technical information, not a contract, and no order can be placed through this site.

Supply is arranged through distributors and agreed separately in writing. Nothing on this website forms part of such an agreement unless it is repeated in it.

03The label comes first

Where this website and the product label disagree, the label on the pack in your hand is the document that counts. It is the approved text for the territory that pack was sold into; the website is a general description across territories.

Read the label before every use, and follow it.

04Plant protection products

A large part of the range is plant protection products. These are regulated separately in each country and may only be supplied, advertised and used where they are authorised — in the crops, against the targets and at the rates on that authorisation.

Nothing on this website is an offer of a plant protection product in a country where it is not registered, or a recommendation to use one outside the terms of its authorisation.

05Availability by territory

The catalogue is published as a whole. Individual products, pack sizes, formulations and registrations differ from country to country, and a product shown here may not be available where you are. Ask us before you plan around it.

06Intellectual property

The Sembria name, the logo, the product names, the label artwork, the images, the text and the layout of this site belong to Sembria or are used with permission.

You may read, print and share pages for your own use. You may not reuse them in another commercial publication, republish the artwork, or register anything confusingly similar.

07Links to other sites

Where this site links somewhere else, the link is a convenience. We do not control what is published there and take no responsibility for it.

08Accuracy and liability

The information here is prepared with care and offered in good faith. Agronomy, however, depends on crop, variety, soil, water, weather and equipment that we know nothing about, so we cannot guarantee a result and accept no liability for a decision taken on the basis of this website alone.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

The range, the documentation and this text change. The version published here is the current one and replaces anything downloaded or printed earlier; the date it was drafted is shown beside it.
