Azobria
The broadest-spectrum strobilurin — and the greening effect that comes with it.

Azoxybria is a strobilurin fungicide based on azoxystrobin, the most broadly active fungicide molecule in common use. It works against all four major fungal classes, which is rare, and it moves systemically through the leaf as well as redistributing in vapour phase to reach surfaces the spray missed. Growers also value the greening effect: treated crops hold green leaf area longer, which shows up in yield beyond the disease control itself.
Characteristics
- Active against all four major fungal classes — exceptional breadth
- Systemic movement plus vapour-phase redistribution
- The strobilurin greening effect extends green leaf area and yield
- Strong preventive activity; suppresses spore germination almost completely
- FRAC Group 11
- Fits cereals, vegetables, vine and orchard programmes alike
How it works
Azoxystrobin binds the Qo site of the cytochrome bc1 complex in fungal mitochondria, blocking electron transport and ATP production. Spore germination is the stage most sensitive, which makes the product strongly preventive. Because it acts at a single site, resistance develops quickly — never use it alone in consecutive sprays. FRAC 11.
