Piridabria
Fast mite knockdown that also takes out whitefly.

Piridabria is an acaricide-insecticide based on pyridaben. It hits all mobile mite stages quickly by contact, and unusually for an acaricide it also controls tobacco whitefly and russet mite — which means one product can cover the two pests that most often appear together in protected tomato and cucumber.
Characteristics
- Rapid contact knockdown of all mobile mite stages
- Also controls tobacco whitefly and tomato russet mite
- Covers two pest groups that usually need two products
- Three-day pre-harvest interval on greenhouse vegetables
- IRAC Group 21A — rotates cleanly against Groups 6, 10A, 23 and 25
- Effective in cool conditions where some acaricides slow down
How it works
Pyridaben inhibits complex I of the mitochondrial electron transport chain, cutting off ATP production. Feeding and movement stop within hours. IRAC Group 21A.
