MicroN Mn 13% EDTA

EDTA-chelated manganese for photosynthesis and disease resilience.

MicroN Mn 13% EDTA — Water-soluble microgranule — Sembria

MicroN Mn 13% EDTA is a fully water-soluble, EDTA-chelated manganese corrector. Manganese sits at the centre of photosystem II — the step that splits water and releases oxygen — so a shortage cuts photosynthesis directly, long before the pale mottling between the veins becomes obvious. The chelated form stays available in alkaline and calcareous soils, where manganese sulphate would be oxidised and lost within days.

Characteristics

  • 13% manganese, fully EDTA-chelated and 100% water soluble
  • Stays available on high-pH and calcareous soils
  • Restores photosynthetic rate and leaf colour
  • Supports lignin formation and the plant's own resistance to root disease
  • Suitable for both fertigation and foliar application
  • Compatible with the great majority of fertilisers and agrochemicals

How it works

Manganese activates the oxygen-evolving complex of photosystem II and a range of enzymes in nitrogen metabolism and lignin synthesis. Deficiency appears as interveinal chlorosis with the veins staying sharply green, usually on middle-aged leaves, and is common on alkaline, calcareous and over-limed soils.

Doses are indicative. The user is responsible for adjusting the dose to the growth stage of the crop and the conditions of the field. Apply under the guidance of an agricultural technician. Composition, method of application and dose may vary between countries for climatic, technical or legal reasons.

Application

How to apply

Fertigation and foliar application. Keep the pH of the tank solution above 4.

Compatibility

Compatible with other fertilisers. Tank solution pH must be above 4.

Always carry out a compatibility test before preparing a tank mixture.

Safety and handling

Not classified as hazardous under normal handling. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid dust inhalation.

Read the label before use. Do not use at home. Keep away from children, food and animal feed. Use only as recommended and at the recommended dose.
